Hi can I change my method of payment from direct debit to credit card so that I get points on my spending ?

If so how?

Unfortunately, you cannot pay by reoccurring card payments. You can, however, make one-off card payments.

As @WelshPaul has kindly advised, you will either need to pay via direct debit, or via manually paying each payment individually via the iD Mobile app/website or automated payment phone-line.

Ive tried to upgrade my phone and pay £9 excess but for some reason my credit cards are not being accepted? I’ve tried 5 different cards that all work?

I’d recommend calling our sales team on 02071391397 to see if they can help put the order through, or try via debit card if possible to see if that works.

Hi Ive just spent an hour ringing around an no-one seams to be able to help me in sales team they ve transfer me twice once I got cut of and once I got a back office staff who couldn't help either??

 

I’m trying to pay £9 for an up grade and no one seams to be able to take this payment.

 

When I try to pay online it says details don't match? Im not sure what details don't match?

 

Can someone who has the authority to take a £9 payment please call me on .

I have 3 Id mobiles I pay for in our house and will be not renewing all 3 if someone does not help me through this very simple processes!

 

I’m due an upgrade on one phone. can some one please call me to assist.

Hi @Mat Chaloner,

Unfortunately we are unable to take payment here.

Payments can only be taken via the website or through our Sales Team.

I would advise using a card that is in your name and registered to your address.

Did you only try one payment card.
