data roaming - but not abroad!!

Hello, I have recieved two texts saying I’m being charged for going abroad, but I’ve literally not left the country! Can I please check I have not been charged anything else on to my bill as I have not left the uk. Thank you.

Turn off roaming! If you’re near the coast or if the conditions are right, you may end up connecting to a foreign network, ferry or ship.
