I’ve just changed my daughters plan, as she was using less that 3gb data per month. Her phone doesn’t leave the house and is connected to the wifi.

ive just had a text through to say she’s exceeded her stay by 115GB!! 
How does this happen???

Continuous streaming? Check daily usage on your online invoice.


Thanks for the response, but the last invoice is showing 468 MB use!

 

not anywhere near 115GB! I’m at a loss
