Back in May I contacted ID following an issue with the direct debit on my business account that led to two failed payments on my mobile account and subsequent recording of a default to my credit file, after communicating via the chat, I requested that the default be corrected and removed from my credit file and this was confirmed that it would be completed at the discretion of the manager whom I was communicating with, however this default has still not been removed, one was corrected, but the other remains still and is causing me significant problems in attaining a business loan for a new business that I am trying to start, please can you confirm that this can be removed as it was previously confirmed to me that it would happen?
