My credit had been defaulted for a Samsung phone I returned via post .Having ordered a  different phone I communicated with the team and they arranged that I return the one I had received to rectify the mistake 

After I sent the return by post I started receiving post letter s telling me to clear  pay for the phone I returned . 
 

checked my credit file and this amount was defaulted 

Please review and rectify this

I would advise that you contact our Live Chat Team for this to be investigated.

If there was an outstanding balance that needed to be paid whilst the account was active, the charges would be valid.
