Hi my direct debit failed yesterday so I've paid online today. Now I've paid will u try taking it by direct debit un a few days

Once you make payment your balance will be updated.

If any payment is taken via direct debit after this we can refund it.

However the direct debit shouldn’t be taken if the balance is up to date.
