Hey there @Marko-55, the app can sometimes show payments as successful, when they’ve not actually been, and show incorrectly in general.

Mark, due to scammers they’ve had to lock down how the PMs function, so they must have forgotten to unlock your ability to reply to their original PM - as soon as they see your reply they should give you a tap on the shoulder.
