Hi, can you tell me why my direct debit always seems to get cancelled. When I have tried to put my bank details in again it says there is a problem.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Leanne1978   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your direct debit. 

We would not actively cancel these from our side without a request to do so from either yourself or your bank.

Have you spoken to your bank regarding this at all?
