Joined ID mobile in March direct debit set up and taken from my account with no issues in april (req 1st of each month) no direct debit taken 1st may, and bill has just come through for double the amount due June. Direct debit is set up and working,  just no payments have been requested to be taken. Not ideal for a new customer! Any advice or how do I contact customer services?

Hey there @Kelly_208, sorry to hear that. It’s likely because you changed your direct debit date mid bill cycle, it actually moved it back a further month to get it to the date requested. Our apologies for that.

After that month’s bill, all bills will revert back to the same date for the same cost as usual.

Thanks,

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @Kelly_208

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Too much money was taken from my account

Why was £53.04 taken from my account when on my statement says £31.12

Hi @Annstu ,

Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked your bill for a full breakdown of the cost?

If you have changed the billing date the bill may be higher due to the billing period being longer.
