Thanks for getting in touch. 

You can do this via the iD Mobile app or your online account. 

 

  1. Log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account.

  2. Go to ‘Billing’.

  3. On the ‘Manage my Direct Debit’ panel, click ‘Manage my details’.

  4. Choose a new day of the month from the drop-down menu.
