Direct Debit Failing

For some reason, my direct debit is failing repeatedly meaning I am having to pay manually each time, I am with Natwest and have other DDs set up with ID mobile on this account, please can someone help

Sorry to hear this, I’d recommend double checking your iD Mobile app to ensure that your direct debit information is all correct, as well as your name and full address matches what you have with your bank.

 

Please ensure to use the address search feature in the app instead of inputting it manually.
