Hi all
Ive recently cancelled a dd via my bank for a direct debit I have never used. When I came to id I wanted an account for me and my daughter, I am happy with my account, but my daughter decided to stay with our old provider and the sim was never put in her phone, so we threw it away.
I now have a debt collection letter asking for the money for the dd I cancelled. I cant access any data on this dd with id as it was never registered in a phone, and I cant add it to my id app accounts because it sends a msg to the mobile sim that has never even been in a phone and is now in the bin.
How do I pay of the contract and cancel the dd with id if I have no access to it in any way? Im worried this will affect my credit score and need it rectified asap.
I wish sometimes I could speak to a person, bit every time I try to access live chat, either on my phone or through my pc, no matter what browser I use, I cabt speak to anyone, and its very frustrating!
