I have noticed via my banking app that I have a direct debit of 75 set up. I haven't set this direct debit up. Can you advise please

Hi ​@Richard Burton  I am sorry to hear this. Following a report of fraudulent activity on an account, we advise to report the matter to Action Fraud by calling 0300 123 2040 or by visiting 'http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/'. We also suggest that you contact your bank and check your credit report to see if any additional accounts have been opened in your name.

Once you have the crime reference number from Action Fraud, please let us know here and we can get this reported to our Fraud Team.
