Direct Debit repeatedly failing

Hello, 

I have been having repeated problems with my direct debit, 

I have receipts from customer support chat that my direct debit is set up and working, however over the last 2 months there has been an issue taking the direct debit, 

this is becoming a big issue, all my details on my account are correct, 

could someone please provide some advice of how best to resolve this issue?

If the team have confirmed everything is set up correctly from our side, have you spoken with your bank to check for any issues there?
