Hi I today had a text saying my account has been suspended as I owe £14. I have made the payment today as the failure was due to me changing banks even though I entered my new details on you website. I have checked my payments and they show I had a failed payment on 7th Feb, then a payment taken on the 7th  Feb and now another payment can you advise if I have been charged twice in February.

We are very sorry for any confusion caused with the payments. 

If we attempt a payment and it bounced back, it may still show as paid on the app. 

Can you please check your bank statement to confirm if two payments show as leaving your account?

Thanks Tyler it looks like only one payment was taken on the 12th which is the card payment i made.
