disconnected with mental health

I have recently come into some struggles and never paid my bill I do need my phone for help and emergency is there not a way to be connected and maybe add the payment in installments onto of my bill. I feel lost without being able to contact doctor etc…

I went over my limit don't know how never use my mins but surely the cut off is uncalled for I only have a few months before I upgrade.

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your billing and want to assure you that we will do all we can to help. 

A payment extension may be available to you. This would involve changing the current due date to a more suitable time but this would usually require a full payment on that date. 

Would this option be suitable for you?

      Yes my contract ends January if the cost at present could be spread that would help me.

      I have very urgent communications and cannot do nothing.

Just to clarify, we are able to request a payment extension for the bill(s) currently owed, however, I’m unsure if we can offer to spread the payments/cost into separate, spread out payments.
