We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your billing and want to assure you that we will do all we can to help.
A payment extension may be available to you. This would involve changing the current due date to a more suitable time but this would usually require a full payment on that date.

Yes my contract ends January if the cost at present could be spread that would help me.
I have very urgent communications and cannot do nothing.

Just to clarify, we are able to request a payment extension for the bill(s) currently owed, however, I’m unsure if we can offer to spread the payments/cost into separate, spread out payments. Are you happy for us to proceed in requesting a payment extension for the current bill(s) owed? If so, we’ll drop you a PM.
