My Father In Law has Unlimited Minutes however he needs to call 0300 numbers fairly often. When he calls them now it's saying he's used his allowance. I understand 0300 numbers don't always fall within the unlimited allowance. If he were to get a 200 minute add on, would this cover his calls to 0300 numbers or would he still not be able to call?
