I have requested a PAC code and sent it to my new provider. Do I need to do anything further to cancel my contract with you or will it auto end soon?

Hi @Sophlang15Once you have given thesupplied PAC code to your new provider they will handle the switch over and your current contract will end on the date of the switch over.Depending on when this happens will determine on whether you owe any outstanding £ but you should be advised of this by the old provider once the change over has happened.Hope this helps x
