Hi I paid twice last month I should be in credit but I am receiving emails that I have to pay again sort it out ASAP please

Hey there ​@Malgorzata Hughes, sorry to hear that. Have you seen that you’ve paid double via the iD Mobile app/website, or via your actual bank statements please?

 

Sometimes the app/website can show in error that you’ve paid twice, when one payment via Direct Debit has failed. We’d advise to only check your bank statement to see if this is correct.
