double chatged

Hi I have been charged twice on the same day the same amount as my normal monthly payment. I am not sure why that is. Can someone get in touch?

yes

over the few months Id mobile took double payments for multiple months 

please check and refund

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your billing. 

Is your bank statement showing that two payments have been taken?

 

If a direct debit payment has been returned as unpaid and a manual payment is made, this may show as two payments. 

I would be worth checking your bank statement to see if both payments are showing as taken.
