Hi I'm apparently able to upgrade early without paying off my contract in 10 days from now, does anyone know if I'd be able to do it sooner without any fees? The reason is my husband phone is broken and it would save him paying for a repair if he can use my old one.

We offer upto 30-days and 60-days early upgrades, depending on your contract length and plan with us. These early upgrade dates are the earliest we can offer I’m afraid, and paying off your contract any earlier than that would result in a disconnection, meaning you couldn’t upgrade from the same account.
