Email address to cancel ID contract

Please could someone send me the email to cancel a contract as the one given in the contract is not recognised thank you

To cancel, you’ll have to use the iD online web chat, get a PAC or STAC, or perhaps try calling 7777 from the phone with your iD SIM, ​@Smeggie.
