Why did my bill not reduce at the end of my contract, after I finished paying off my phone?

We send a notification of the contract coming to an end prior the expiry date. Within this communication, we also provide details on the steps to either change your plan, upgrade or cancel the service.

Please take a look through the information provided by ​@MZone  as this will provide information on the plan changes.

It's strangely difficult to find your plan end date / contact minimum term length in the app. It's weird there isn't a single FAQ about it either.

It's actually not even on the plan details in the welcome email. 

The only places are on your receipt email beside the device you've purchased, or by getting in touch.

Makes financial planning a bit difficult. If this company is all about lowering costs by making things self-serve, making this information accessible would probably be worth prioritising!

Hi ​@danthevan  your minimum contract term would be 1/12/24 months after you had taken your plan out, depending on the length of your plan. This will be on your invoice if you are unsure, or we can check for you from here if you like?
