I informed ID mobile I wished to end my contract and they replied by email telling me that I would be disconnected on 23/11/24 and that a bill would be generated the next day. A payment was taken from my D/D on 04/12 24 and a couple of days after I closed cancelled my direct debit. I have now received an email telling me that it has been noticed that I have cancelled my d/d and this could affect my credit rating. How do I resolve this issue? And is there any number I could call to speak to anyone regarding this?
