I understand the subscription policy very well. I got a phone and I pay for it with a subscription. However, the call rates in the EU disappointed me. If you don't change this, I'm leaving you as of February 1st, 2025. I'll go to giffgaff.

Most EU countries have inclusive roaming include with iD plans subject to fair use policy so not really sure what you mean? Can you be more specific?

You say ‘I understand the subscription policy very well’ but apparently you don’t.
Did you check the connection/call costs of visiting EU countries, if this is somewhere you travel to/or wish to travel to, before joining iD Mobile??
Surely, this must have been a consideration, and you compared these charges against other providers that you could have chosen instead, before joining??
Why should they change the tariff when the information was readily available to you at the time of signing up with iD Mobile? I’m sure the ‘out of plan’ charges were explained (even as a link to the information) in the T&C’s which you accepted when you signed up to your contract. It is what it is and they aren’t going to change it just for you.
And February 1st was over 4 months ago so the threat is kind of irrelevant 🙄

Hi ​@Musti  what countries are you referring to? As advised most EU countries are covered.
