I pay for unlimited data text and phone calls about £32 every month. I ve noticed of late a big jump from £32 to £54 I have no idea why can’t someone tell give me the contact number of id mobile so I can sort this out

Have you downloaded and checked your newest bill as this will detail why there are extra charges (above the £32 you were expecting to pay)?

If you do not wish to have any surprise charges, going forward, then it is recommended to change your account Bill Cap to the £ that only covers the package you want to pay for.

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect to an adviser.
