I got charged extra £2.30 when i spoke to

someone they told me that i have changed my direct debit date, ( which i never did ) that person said from the 26th to 27th of month.  Why would i change one day.  The suspicious thing is the money never went on those day but it went on the original day which was 14th. I know times are hard why are they taking money just like that. I cant cancel contract because its too late

You can check your bills to check for any extra charges if the billing is longer than usual it will likely be due to a direct debit change.

Hi 

i was told i changed my direct debit date apparantly, from 26th to 27th but it was taken from the 14th which is ok for me. So i dont why i was changed

Hey there ​@Anamxa, if you changed your direct debit date, then the bill cycle would’ve been longer, and that’ll be why. You can change your direct debit date once every 6-months if you wish.
