I have literally arrived in Morocco, turned my phone back on whilst sitting on the plane and have received a message to say I’m being charged £46 as used up my allowance. How can this be when I’ve literally just turned my phone on???

Maybe because iD roaming mobile data costs £9.60/MB in Morocco, @Lausack

    Your £46 would pay for a tiny 4.8MB of mobile data - i.e. £9600/GB - ouch!

Hey there @Spulman1954, as asked above, when you were roaming in Iceland, did you go out at sea at all, or near the sea? Did you also go through or near any bordering countries?

    Thanks,

    Tyler

Hi I don’t understand why £50 more than I normally pay has left my bank for the service which says UK which I don’t understand and i know I haven’t done anything for a whole £50 extra to leave my account I would like to request for it to be refunded and sorted.
