Final Bill Increased in less than a Month…

I requested a final bill total at the start of July (7th) and it’s was £77.79 and today it’s £90.49 so I can’t understand why it has increased and not decreased?

Hi tjere ​@Janine83, the final bill requested is only an estimate at the time. It’s likely that since you requested a final bill on July 7th, a new invoice has been created, therefore, being added to your final bill total estimate. If you were to pay for another whole month, and cancelled mid-month, then our systems would automatically credit and refund you the difference for the days you’ve paid for, but didn’t use due to the disconnection.
