final bill minus?

I have just received my PAC code to move from iD mobile and it says my final bill is - 335 . What does this mean please ?

    With the balance, a minus would usually indicate a credit but we would need to view the account in order to be sure. 

    Is this figure showing on your app? Does the bill have a breakdown of any charges/credits?
