Hi - i recently advised Carphone Warehouse that i wished to cancel my contract within the cooling off period due to poor coverage (couldn’t make calls or texts outside of home other than Wfi calls).
I have since returned the phone via DPD and received notification that it has been received (return to be formally processed i believe).
in the meantime i ported my number but have now received a final bill from ID Mobile showing £900 or early termination charges - will a revised bill be issued once Currys process my return and update ID Mobile? Surely there cannot be early termination charges if i give notice to Carphone Warehouse within my cooling off period? ID Mobile Live Chat also confirmed i was within my cooling off period too, so a little confused.
