Hi - my final bill includes a termination fee in excess of £900 but i cancelled in the cooling off period. How/when will this be rectified?

Can you please confirm how you processed the cancellation and if you ported the number via a PAC to another provider?

Hi,

 

The number was ported by PAC, yes.

 

so far as the cancellation, this was dealt with by Carphone Warehouse who advised they would arrange the termination via ID Mobile. This was confirmed on ID Mobile live chat and also that i was within the cooling off period but my bill shows otherwise.
