Dear all  Good morning

I have received a - Final Demand Notice for a missing payment Account Number 13841814 dated 16/09/2024

Note that I never receive your telephone card .

I confirm that I have closed the direct debit with ID Mobile, after few weeks.

Please verify if others have activated or using it.

From my site case closed.

Hey there @Fasciani Gianluca, thank you for reaching out.

 

Please note, cancelling your direct debit doesn’t cancel the contract, and can lead to payments being chased such as this. This happens whether you use the contract or not, as you’d be liable to pay for the time the line-rental was opened for.

 

Therefore, you will need to make payment via the iD Mobile app/website, or via our automated phone-line on Call 7777 from your iD phone or 0333 003 7777.

i confirm that I never received  your Sim card

Please check if someone activated and using the number

I’m not going to pay any money 

I don’t won’t to have nothing to do with automatic answer

please delete my credentials from you database
