first Bill almost three times what it should be

Hi all, just joined my mum up to id as I am already a customer but after setting her up on £9 per month her first bill shows due £24? Tried to get through the chat 3 times today but nobody available? Please help thanks

One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received. The prize will be delivered within 30 days of acceptance.

Upon request, the initials and county of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to the Promoter at the address below. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the draw.
