First Direct Debit

I received a letter for one of my sim only plans confirming the direct debit had been set up and for me to check the details are correct. 
 

The number given is the original iD number but the number had successfully changed to my previous network number a week before.

 

The reference number that the letter states will be used for the DD is my account number so hoping the payment is applied to the right account. 
 

I’ve checked the DD details in the APP which look accurate. The iD app correctly shows my number that I brought across from O2- just wanted to check I don’t need to make a payment in case of an issue. 

All direct debits for my 3 sim only plans correctly processed

The number we send on letters is the one we have attached to your account at the time of the letter being printed, it may well change after that (due to a number transfer), this shouldn’t affect anything in terms of payment.
