Full monthly bill when only been a week into contract

I've only been with ID a week but I've been billed for a full month.

Yes, that’s how all pay monthly phone contracts work. You pay your line rental monthly in advance. It’s your usage that’s billed in areas because the networks are unable to predict the future. Sometimes the first month’s bill is higher than expected because of pro rata billing.

Read your bill and pay attention to the from and to dates!
