Can you please help resolve this?

From a quick look it appears this £100 Currys gift card may have been a Carphone Warehouse promotion.

Get a £100 Curry's Gift card when you purchase a Google Pixel 9 and Google Pixel 9 Pro between 27/11/2024 - 03/12/2025 (Subject to availability).

If you went to from Carphone Warehouse for this deal that’s who you need to speak to.

I purchased the phone through the ID Mobile web site and my contract is with ID Mobile so it is ID Mobile responsibility to provide the £100 Curry's Gift card.

I can not contact ID Mobile only a Chat robot which provides the incorrect information.

How do I trust ID Mobile if they promise £100 Curry's Gift card and do NOT deliver this?

Okay ​@isagan well I can’t find that £100 offer on iD’s site but it must have been there somewhere.

For Live Chat start the chat with talk to person to bypass their automated bot.

If you can find the terms (I can’t) then the how and when would be on these terms.

isagan did you manage to resolve it? I have not recieved my voucher yet as well ans not sure whom to contact… 

I’ve contacted ID Mobile helpline once I found the number and I’m emailing ID Mobile on documents@idmobile.co.uk with a copy of my contract which documents: 
iD Mobile promotion(s): £100 Currys Gift Card

As ID Mobile do not have the offer listed on their promotions web site.
I’m very disappointed with ID mobile service as very difficult to obtain the £100 Currys Gift Card which was part of the ID mobile offer.

I also signed up for the same deal and like the OP I have not received anything and not can I find the deal listed on the link provided above. I took out the pixel 9 contract too.

I contacted the Live Chat Team on Mon 6th Jan and they asked me to send proof of contract to ocuments@idmobile.co.uk and I sent the copy of the contract which shows iD Mobile promotion(s): £100 Currys Gift Card.
I have not received response back from ID Mobile and there are several other people (tomspark0 & msapielak) have also not received their £100 Currys Gift Card for the Google Pixel 9 offer.

Why don’t ID Mobile resolve the issue?
I’m very disappointed with ID Mobile Support and I will NOT recommend ID mobile to any other customers.

I searched under Pixel 9 do not understand why it is documented as Pixel Family.

Step 1: Purchase a Google Pixel 9, Google Pixel 9 Pro or Google Pixel 9 Pro XL between 27/11/2024 – 03/12/2024.

Step 2: Gift Card dispatched to registered email address between 21/12/2024 – 26/01/2025.
Gift Card valid for 24 months from date of issue.
Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Returned devices do not qualify for voucher.

I’ll wait for the £100 Currys Gift Card and hopefully it will arrive before the 26th Jan.

I too have not received my gift card. I spoke to someone 10 days ago and they said they had raised it and i would receive within 7 days and still nothing.
