Hi please can someone advise how I can speak to someone via the phone or by live chat? Thanks in advance

    Just a quick note to say that if you do use Live Chat, type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect to an adviser. Otherwise you will go around and around with the chatbot and get nowhere.
