I have pay the bill but the amount is still there can someone help me with that ?

So you made a manual payment but the amount due is still showing? If you viewed that on the app immediately after paying then the app might have been a little slow to respond. The app does now auto refresh after a period of inactivity. Check now to see it the payment shows as cleared.

The app should update within 24 hours of the payment being made.
