I have a new phone at £15.99 a month, but ID state my next bill is nearly £26. I want to speak to a real person, as I am 90 years old and had to get my son to write this.

ID really need to have call centre.... This is too complicated for me

Thank you for getting in touch. 

We are very sorry to hear the bill is higher than expected. 

 

If you have a new contract, there may be an extended amount of time between your billing periods which can be the first bill is higher than normal to include that time. 

It may also be the case that there is additional usage outside of your tariff but this would be listed within the statement that is provided to you.
