Trying to get into a chat is impossible you claim its due to high number of chats

but i assure you thats a lie and your staff are just lazy, randomly asks for my name i get up to 

the number and then it just repeats so yeah its a lie

weeks ive been stuck with a damn issue

I’m sorry you feel that way, I can assure you you are incorrect in that case, it is due to high contact.

 

It may be worth alternatively trying Facebook or Twitter.

Have you tried using Facebook Messenger to contact iD support privately, @IrritatingLlama?

Other forum members say they’ve got help & support this way. 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
