how can i contact customer services ?

The way to contact ID mobile for help and address our issues seem to be way too robotic there is only access to help through live chat which isn't able to understand our needs and we need to have actual people who can answer to us by phone to better the lives of everyone who needs help from our phone provider IDMobile.

 

Thank you very much for reading this I hope we can get a response as soon as on behalf of everyone using IDMobile and those who may choose to join the Provider.

Hi @Blessings-sir 

 

The live chat has a bot that will ask you a few questions before sending you to an actual agent.

 

Alternatively we have our community pages here, Facebook and Twitter.

One of the transactions was already paid and one is in pending. Please return back wich is in pending.

Is the extra payment still in “pending”?

 

If it’s in pending status it likely hasn’t reached us yet.
