how can i speak to someone regarding billing

I would like to speak to someone regarding paying a bill after I have closed my direct debit, however I cannot find anywhere to speak to someone, some things just cannot be explained on a chat bot

Try telling the 24/7 iD chatbot you need to “talk to a person”, @ABACAB

The iD customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

It was pretty poor to be honest, went onto chat bot, then into advisor, spent over an hour being told I don't owe anything, and that I don't have an old account that needs paying up, which I do.

Gave my old account number and lo and behold I did owe some money, 26 pence which on a text message I was threatened with charges because my direct debit had been cancelled.

I have left feedback

And I have sorted it out myself.

If I wasn't so early into a new contract, which would incur charges I would definitely go elsewhere.

Customer service is shocking in my experience.
