how do I close down an account on behalf of my father?

Hello All, My father (88) now resides with me and no longer lives in the UK.I am his POA (Power of attorney) and closed his direct debits. IDmobile is trying to collect an outstanding debt he incurred, which is not an issue and am happy to pay but I DO want the contract cancelled?can anyone help me achieve this, tried online chat - no one available
