How do I get a final Bill

I haven’t had an email or anything sent to my address and sure I’ve been charged more than I should have and no option for live chat. Is there a phone number or email address?

Have you tried their online Live Chat service, or Facebook Messenger - the iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
