I can't make outgoing calls, can someone help me with lifting the suspension it has been a long time

Yes then i paid it, over a week ago. When i try to ring anyone I get this automated message 'you have contacted our payment looks like your payments are up to date, thank you good bye'

If the payment is upto date why has the restriction not been lifted?
