How to pay outstanding final bill

I cancelled a contract and returned a phone to curry's I have cancelled the direct debit how can I pay the final bill?

Call 0333 003 7777 to make a payment. Before you call, hide your CLI. You will be asked to enter the mobile number you are calling about, enter the number of the iD Mobile you want to make the payment against.

I cancelled the ddm. 

I didn't set up an account as returned straight away. 

When I ring 0333 003 0001 the system thinks I'm ringing about another contract I have and cuts me off as there is nothing outstanding. 

 

Tried online chat, they told me to rung the above.

If you’re calling from another iD Mobile number, the system will automatically assume you’re calling about that number so you’ll need to call from a number that isn’t with iD Mobile or a smart suggestion from ​@WelshPaul to hide your number before calling.
