I am not aware of an account but receiving emails about outstanding balance

Hello,

 I am getting an email from no-reply@idmobile.co.uk about  an outstanding balance on your iD Mobile account. There is no information about the number or account reference. Last time it did forward to a debt collection company. As I am not aware of this account how I will be able to gather more information about and to terminate this annoyance
