I canceled within the 14 day cooling off period because for the 6 days I actually tried to get my service set up, iD mobile failed miserably and I went without a working phone. Not only did I get direct-debited for the monthly service that I was never able to use, I have an upcoming bill sitting on my account for over £800 for a termination fee. I am LIVID. Who is going to to fix this before I contact my ombudsman?
