So I need to pay my bill, can’t text or make calls atm. I’ve tried to pay it on the app and online with two different bank accounts and every time I get “oops… something went wrong”.

Just checking if the bank account is in your name and registered to the same address as your iD Mobile account?

Alternatively you can make a manual payment by calling our dedicated payment line on 0333 003 0001.
